Vidya Shenoy is Managing Director, Social Entrepreneurship at the^delta, where she leads its incubator, accelerator, and pragati programmes, supporting nonprofit social entrepreneurs to strengthen their organisations and scale their impact.
She brings over 20 years of leadership experience across e-commerce, global trade, and financial services.
Before joining the^delta, Vidya spent over a decade at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, leading global product initiatives, scaling cross-border transportation platforms, and building new products for India. She began her career at ING Life Insurance, where she ultimately served as Deputy General Manager, Sales Process and Productivity.
Vidya holds an MBA from the TAPMI.
