Vidya Shenoy is a Senior Director at the^delta, where she leads the incubator, accelerator, and pragati programs, supporting nonprofit social entrepreneurs to build strategic clarity, strengthen their organisations, and scale their impact.
She brings over 20 years of leadership experience across e-commerce, global trade and financial services.
Prior to joining the^delta, Vidya spent over a decade at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, leading global product initiatives, scaling cross-border transportation platforms and building new products for India.
Vidya began her career at ING Life Insurance, where she spent nearly a decade, ultimately serving as Deputy General Manager, Sales Process and Productivity.
Vidya holds an MBA from the T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI).
