Vidya Shenoy is Senior Director, Social Entrepreneurship at the^delta, where she leads programmes that support nonprofit social entrepreneurs build strategic clarity, strengthen their organisations and scale their impact.
She brings over 20 years of leadership experience across e-commerce, global trade and financial services.
Prior to joining the^delta, Vidya spent over a decade at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, leading global product initiatives, scaling cross-border transportation platforms and building new products for India.
Vidya began her career at ING Life Insurance, where she spent nearly a decade, ultimately serving as Deputy General Manager, Sales Process and Productivity.
Vidya holds an MBA from the T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI).
